The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of choice. Our double room was incredible, with a comfy bed.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room itself was comfortable and cozy. The location right on the beautiful Laguna Bacalar was a dream, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding a few more options to the menu.

Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I would return there. The hotel was amazing, it met every demand, I appreciated its exceptionally nice location close to the `` Lagoon, and Bacalar. The employees at the property were really helpful.

The hotel is located on the edge of a beautiful lagoon, providing a breathtaking view from the rooms. Guests can enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon, especially at dawn during the months of January through March. The rooms offer comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and the housekeeper is particularly attentive. Additionally, breakfast is available and there are facilities such as a pool and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the view.

The noise from the nearby tour boats can be disruptive to guests' peace and quiet.

The location was amazing, right on the water and the views were breathtaking. The restaurant had good food and we enjoyed the activities offered at a reasonable price. We took advantage of the kayaking and the swimming in the lagoon.

Our stay was not pleasant. The hotel was outdated and there was no AC which made for a very uncomfortable stay during the hot and humid Thanksgiving weather.
